The Investment team has the experience and ability to achieve optimum results for clients on both acquisitions and disposals. Made up of five investment surveyors, it has extensive knowledge of the shopping centre, high street and out-of-town retail property investment markets throughout the UK. All instructions are dealt with at partner level and any advice given is backed up by detailed research into the trends and dynamics of the occupational retail markets.

The team targets both on and off-market opportunities to meet clients' investment objectives, understanding that an acquisition is just the beginning of the process and can provide on-going advice on asset management to help maximise returns. A disposal is preceded by a report recommending any initiatives that could be implemented prior to marketing, followed by a sales strategy detailing the proposed target audience, marketing ideas and timescale.
